What to Expect

The Namib Desert covers the entire Namibian coastline of cover 1,500km and sweeps up to 200km inland. At a shade over 20 million years, it is the planet’s oldest desert and has an astonishing diversity of landscape s and habitats.

 Etosha National Park is unique. Its waterhole culture forces the plains game to drink during the middle of the day when predators are most lethargic; thus it’s not uncommon to have a collage of several different species in the same frame. Lions, elephants, and several endemic species of antelope and birds including 46 raptors – add to the game viewing excitement. 


Day 1Arrival at Windhoek (Capital City)

Welcome to Namibia!Touch down at Hosea Kutako international airport, situated 40km from Windhoek, capital of the town, our representative will pick you up from the airport. Once in Windhoek, after a brief meeting and greet, you will be dropped off at your lodge for the night. After your day relax you will be picked up by our driver guide to Joe’s Beer house for dinner.

Day 2- 3 Sossuslvei Sand Dunes (Namib Desert)

After breakfast, we head to Sossusvlei, one of the most amazing and fascinating place to visit on earth, situated in the very heart of the sandy dunes. The Namib is considered to be the oldest desert in the World and recently the “Sea of Sand” was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Sheer feast for passionate photographers capturing nature with the eye of camera!
Good chance of spotting ostriches, antelopes, baboon and zebras. Enjoy the lunch at a small oasis Solitaire. Time to taste famous Solitaire apple pie, served at the Desert bakery. Arrive at lodge late afternoon, rest and relaxation after the day trip.

Day 4Swakopmund (Coastal Town)

Namibia is a country of contrast. Today we will swap desert for the sea. We will cross the Tropic of Capricorn and traverse both the Gaub and Kuiseb Canyon passes, driving down to the dry river bed at the bottom Kuiseb Canyon before climbing up the other side, watching the spectacular desert landscape unfold before us.
We will make a stop in Walvis Bay to enjoy the view of Flamingos and other birds in the lagoons and visit the salt works. Dinner will be at one of the local restaurant in town.

Day 5Swakopmund

Today is an adventure day. Coastal adventure at the Moon Valley! You are invited to the lunar landscape and for a discovery of the botanic attractions, Welwitschia mirabilis, known as the, living fossil; considered to be one of the oldest and most original plant on earth, remembering the time of Christ.
Overnight Stay at Swakopmund.

Day 6Twyfelfontein (Mountainous Landscape)

Heading off to Damaraland along the Skeleton Coast we stop at the seal colony at Cape Cross where we enjoy a close encounter with thousands of fur seals. After observing huge family of these aquactic mammals, we are turning east into the desert region of Damaraland, traveling towards mountainous Brandberg Massif, one of the most magnificent and majestic places of Namibia.

Day 7Palmwag

Driving on one of the gravel roads that connects many of the places in the Kunene region, we pass by the village of Bergsig and proceed for another 45 kilometers to Palmwag. This part of the world is blessed with table mountains and spectacular scenery. Dinner will be served at the propitious Palmwag Lodge.

Day 8 - 9Etosha National Park

Wildlife Sanctuary and treasure of Namibia! After breakfast we head off to Etosha National Park, considered to be one of the most loved and most visited game park of Africa! We are welcomed by wild animals and white sands of the plains.
Morning and afternoon game viewing will be conducted on this unique game park and evenings meals will be served in the thrilling atmosphere of the wild. At the waterhole, thirsty animals gather for the drink of water, while you are invited to watch the ever-changing theater of nature till late! We will spend next two days on trails of Etosha, searching for wild animals of the savanna.

Day 10Departure

After breakfast, Farewell Etosha and traveling south to Windhoek, capital of Namibia. Enough time to go last shopping for gifts, souvenirs and curios at the local, open craft market and to take the last photos of beautiful African landscape. Transfer to the airport.
